Mark founded HR Dimensions, now known as HRD Advisory Group, in 1996 after a successful career in business management which included positions as a human resources executive and general manager. His clients, representing large, small and midsized companies, benefit from this depth of experience which Mark utilizes to help them develop and grow.
Known as a decisive leader who believes in honesty and trust, Mark goes out of his way to deliver great value and customer service to his clients. A strategic thinker, Mark and his team focus on the people side of the business—especially leadership development, executive coaching and talent management. “My role is to find companies that need our services and help them improve,” he says.

Mark believes leaders are developed, not born. Leadership development starts with helping people understand their communication style and how that style is received by others. Awareness is key. “Everybody can become a good leader,” Mark says. “It just takes the proper development and the right setting.”
When he’s not helping clients become more productive and profitable, Mark enjoys transatlantic cruising, playing the piano and reading. He’s a two-newspaper-a-day man and a devoted connoisseur of biographies. “I learn something by following everyone’s journey,” he says. Mark also loves to spend time with his family which includes two young grandchildren.
