  • Fiduciary Compliance & Plan Design

    As your partner in retirement planning, we take an active role in the oversight or your fiduciary responsibilities and plan design. Our process includes these key components:

    Compliance Checklist: This tool helps you evaluate your plan’s fiduciary governance and procedures and uncover areas that need immediate attention. It touches on IRS requirements, Employee Retirement Income Security Act requirements and other essential rules.

    Plan of Action: Once we’ve covered the nuts and bolts, we work with you to create an ongoing plan of action in which we analyze and monitor the fiduciary status of your plan as well as the overall plan design to ensure it continues to meet your needs.

  • Fiduciary Plan Review

    We make it easy for you to keep all of your fiduciary information in one place with a tool we call the Fiduciary Briefcase. Each time we review your plan, we’ll share an executive summary of the meeting in the Fiduciary Briefcase established specifically for you. You can access your Fiduciary Briefcase anytime through our convenient web portal. It’s a convenient system that eases the burden of maintaining paperwork in your office.

    Our Investment review process is centered on the ScorecardSM System developed by the Retirement Plan Advisory Group. The Scorecard System was created as a way to score funds based on multiple criteria commonly used by institutional investors and money managers. The result is a straightforward numerical scoring system that can be used to identify the best funds and managers.

    Making sense of the fees you’re paying and the services you receive is an important cornerstone of your plan. We take the guesswork out of your fee structure and services by providing an in-depth analysis of your current model.
