Shirley Triller
Vice President of Talent Management

Known for her expertise in strategic talent management, Shirley consults with organizations to optimize the performance of their organizations and capabilities of their leaders. She directs HRD Advisory Group’s leadership development and career transition practices and is an executive coach and facilitator.

Shirley’s professional career includes leadership roles with two of the largest international talent management firms in the United States. During that time, she planned and led numerous initiatives and projects. She has also held sales and management roles with leading manufacturers and service companies as well as key staff and board positions with nonprofits. As an entrepreneur for more than 6 years, Shirley built and managed her own management consulting business, where she specialized in organizational development, strategic planning and coaching.

She brings value to her clients with:

Strategy: Always professional and business-minded, Shirley partners with her clients in changing behaviors and developing strategies and plans to achieve their goals. She’s certified in multiple assessment instruments, which she employs to help her clients understand and leverage key elements of their unique personalities. When people identify their own passions, they’re more likely to discover opportunities that align with their values, she says.

Optimism: Shirley developed her positive–and entrepreneurial–outlook growing up in a family-owned business. She was always encouraged to set her sights high and shares that spirit of optimism with her clients.

Inspiration: When clients share challenging circumstances, Shirley helps shift their thinking by guiding them from a disempowered to empowered state. “We often create stories that are not fact-based and derail us from succeeding,” says Shirley, who carefully listens, explores difficult situations and helps pave the way to success for her clients.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their full potential, Shirley loves spending time with her young granddaughter and her family. “I want to be remembered as the one who always had time for them,” she says. She’s also an avid skier of the Rockies and Alps.
