Jacqueline is a connector and enthusiastic builder— she is a natural leader in the talent acquisition space and passionately speaks out on people first cultures. She has quickly built a progressive career in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions, primarily in the technology and manufacturing industries. As the Director of Search at HRD Advisory Group, she partners with like-minded companies to recruit their top-level executive and management-level talent. Jacqueline organizes and speaks at the SourceCon Indy initiative, where talent professionals come together to network, share resources, and elevate the recruiting conversation in the city.

Jacqueline’s high-potential career has been marked by a series of HR and Talent department building opportunities. Companies from Target and Toyota to tech startups have been impacted by her startup initiatives as she forms strong foundations, implements creative solutions, and strategically grows teams. She is incredibly passionate about her purpose of connecting with and helping leaders with a variety of backgrounds.

With an undergraduate and graduate degree from Purdue University (psychology and communication) Jacqueline values education and is a growth-oriented leader. She is a SHRM Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management and has a PHR certification earned from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She is an empathetic leader and has an incredible ability to “make it happen”. Jacqueline’s enthusiasm is contagious, and she wins the hearts of everyone around her in her endeavors.

  • Jacqueline is passionate about her family. She is married and has three incredible children. Together they love to go on adventures and create funny (and entertaining) videos.
