As the VP of Search for HRD Advisory Group, Tami oversees the day-to-day functions of HRD’s talent acquisition function. Leaning on her experience over the last 20+ years, Tami executes the vision of HRD Search to serve the Indianapolis market as the premier, retained search partner to aid organizations in identifying, attracting and protecting their key talent, thus enhancing their brand and reputation in the market.

Diversity. In Tami’s career, she has built and led recruitment functions across a number of organizations, ranging from start-ups, boutique search firms and international & Fortune 500 organizations. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of industry sectors including Human Resources, Operations, Manufacturing/Industrial, Government, Accounting/Finance, Legal and Marketing/Communications.
Relationships. Tami’s professional approach is founded on the strength of relationships. Without trust, understanding and commitment to a common purpose, there can be no real partnership. Tami demonstrates an unwavering commitment to partnering with clients to understand their unique needs and to crafting custom, tailored strategies to enhance their outcomes.
Service. Tami is an active and avid member of a number of HR Professional & Talent Strategist organizations/communities. Among them, Tami has served as the Co-Chair of the Exhibitor Committee for the HR Indiana Annual State Conference, is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a member of her local SHRM Chapter, IndySHRM where she served on the board from 2003-2014, including leading the Chapter as President.
Tami holds the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) and the PHR (Professional Human Resources) certifications. She earned a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology from Ball State University.
- Tami has three children, is married to Tim, and lives in Brownsburg.
- She spends the majority of her time rooting her children on in baseball, basketball, and volleyball.
